Shipping Policy
Welcome to PhoxHunter. This page explains how we ship your folding electric bike — from processing times and delivery expectations to tracking and customs. Our goal is to be clear so you know what to expect.
1. Shipping Destinations and Coverage
We currently ship to the United States (lower 48 states) and Canada.
We do not ship to:
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- Alaska (AK)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Other US territories
If you live in one of these excluded regions, please contact our support team before ordering. We may occasionally offer special arrangements.
2. Shipping Costs and Pricing Structure
We offer free standard shipping on all PhoxHunter folding electric bikes to the contiguous United States and Canada. There are no hidden fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team needs time to verify, pack, and hand it to our shipping partner.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed the same business day. Orders after that time are processed the next business day.
- Processing happens Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details after purchase. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
4. Delivery / Transit Time
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes:
- United States (lower 48): 7–9 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
Total delivery expectation = Processing time (1–3 days) + Transit time (7–12 days)
In most cases, you can expect your PhoxHunter folding e-bike within 8–15 business days from the date you place your order.
Please note that delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues (weather, high volume, or operational delays)
- Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.)
- Customs clearance (for Canadian orders)
5. Warehouse / Fulfillment Location Disclosure
PhoxHunter folding electric bikes are shipped from our fulfillment centers, which may include locations outside of the United States (including but not limited to China). We partner with international logistics carriers to deliver your bike.
6. Order Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the email.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
- If your tracking number has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@phoxhunter.com.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For customers in Canada and other international destinations (if applicable):
- You may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees by your local government when the package arrives.
- PhoxHunter is not responsible for these additional charges — they are the customer's responsibility.
- If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs (which we cannot recover).
For customers in the contiguous United States: generally, no additional customs fees apply. However, you are still responsible for any local taxes or fees if applicable.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages Policy
Damaged Items:
- If your PhoxHunter folding e-bike arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging (box, foam, etc.)
- We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages:

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building's front desk.
- Contact the carrier directly (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post) using the tracking number.
- PhoxHunter is not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Once the carrier confirms delivery, our responsibility ends.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit (not marked Delivered), we will work with you to file a claim and send a replacement where possible.
9. Correct Shipping Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Once an order is processed (usually within a few hours), we cannot change the shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for redelivery shipping costs before we resend the order.
- If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@phoxhunter.com. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes.
